City have landed Hughes and his back room staff. Reports claim that 5 million pounds in compensation was reached between the two clubs.
At Blackburn's official site a recent statement reads, "Blackburn Rovers can confirm they have reached an agreement with Manchester City on compensation terms for Mark Hughes."
