Manchester City - Manchester United Derby Back Again

For 127 years, the Blues and Reds have battled on the pitches in and around Manchester. Players hold the derby in such a high regard perhaps best noted by Andy Cole after he joined City in 2005. "It is an honour to have played for both Manchester Clubs," he said.

Two interesting facts I found recently regarding the Manchester Derby --

1. From September 25, 1954 to September 3, 1955, City won four in a row and outscored United 11-2.

2. At the March 14, 2004 match played at the City of Manchester Stadium the final City goal came from Shaun Wright-Phillips.

City won both league matches last year, will it be United this year?
