Liverpool: Transfer Rumours -- Kleber Claims Link With Reds

Samba striker Kleber is claiming that Liverpool has made an approach. The 25-year-old, who last played in Europe with Dynamo Kiev, but now is back in Brazil with Cruzeiro, noted on the country's SporTV's Arena programme that Liverpool is a potential option, but he would also look to stay with his current club.

"I have a proposal from Liverpool for 7 million euros (£6m). We are analysing [it]," Kleber said.

"If Cruzeiro offer the same amount, or we talk, I'd prefer to stay. But we haven't talked yet."
