Arsenal's Italian goalkeeper Vito Mannone off to Hull City on loan until January

22-year-old Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone signed with the London-based side via Atalanta in 2005, but this season, he was unable to force his way past Manuel Almunia and Lukasz Fabianski into Arsene Wenger's first-team.

Thus, the young Italian will move to Hull City until January as he searches for playing time.

He will compete against Matt Duke for a place in the Tigers' first team.
